1st November – 30th November

This is the 6th Wovember since it’s inaugural celebration in 2011. It is the brainchild of Louise Scollay of Knit British and Felicity Ford of KnitSonik. It is all about the celebration and appreciation of the fabulous fibre that is Wool. Not that us knitter need to be told, but Wool is bloody brilliant, and Wovember gives us the chance to shout it from the rooftops. I’ll be talking about it in more depth in a later post, but for now, go don your wooliest of knits/crochet/weaving/*insert woolly creation here* and share it with the world. You can find out more about the initiative on the Wovember website, and join in on the woolly chat on the Wovember Ravelry group.
